Who we are

Super Pest Control has been doing pest control since 2013, in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune. Pest Control Bandra is the part of that business that looks after Bandra. The shop is at Shop No. 20, KC Marg, near Lilavati Hospital, on the Reclamation side of Bandra West, and the technicians cover both sides of Bandra from there.

This website is only about Bandra. It lists the areas we cover, the problems people here call about, what each treatment costs and what the warranty covers. The wider business is at superpestcontrol.in.

How we work in Bandra

• Look first. The technician sees the place before choosing a method. A Pali Hill penthouse with wooden panels and a Bharat Nagar room with bed bugs need very different work.
• Write it down. Method, products, what to move, the price and the warranty go on paper before the job starts. Nothing is added afterwards.
• Come when it suits you. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so a restaurant can book after closing and a family can book after work.
• Stand behind the job. Termite work carries a 5-year warranty and other treatments a 1-year warranty, with 3 free follow-up visits a year inside it.
• Say what we do not know. No Google review names Bandra yet, and we do not list a Bandra job on this site until a customer here confirms one. The pages say so.

• Who runs Pest Control Bandra?

  Raj Mishra, the Founder & Lead Technician of Super Pest Control, who has 13 years in pest control and started the company in 2013. He still goes out on termite and commercial site inspections himself. The Bandra technicians report to him, and the shop on KC Marg is part of the same business.

• How long has Super Pest Control been in business?

  Since 2013. In that time the business has treated 10,000+ properties across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune, from one-room homes to restaurant kitchens and warehouses. Pest Control Bandra is the Bandra part of that work, with the same team, the same prices and the same warranty.

• Why does Bandra have its own website?

  Because Bandra is not like the rest of Mumbai. Pali Hill and Bandstand homes have old wood that needs termite and wood borer care, Hill Road and BKC have restaurants and bars that need monthly plans, and Behrampada has bed bugs that spread between homes. This site talks about those things, not about every suburb.

• How many technicians do you have?

  8. They cover Bandra and the rest of Mumbai, so the technician who comes to your flat has done the same job in many other buildings. Each technician is checked before being sent to a customer and knows the products, how to apply them and how long a room must stay clear afterwards.

• Where is your Bandra shop?

• Do you cover areas outside Bandra?

  Yes, through Super Pest Control. Khar, Santacruz, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mahim, Kurla and Juhu are the nearest areas, and each has its own page on the main website, which is linked from our near you page. The phone number and the prices are the same wherever you are.

• What do you put in writing before a job?

  The pest, the method, the products, what you need to move or cover, the price, the warranty period and how many follow-up visits you get. You see all of it before saying yes. If the technician finds something extra during the job, you are told and asked before anything changes.

• Can I get paperwork for my society committee?

  Yes. Ask when you request the quote, and we send the documents that apply to your job along with the written quote. Committees usually want to see the quote, the products to be used and the warranty terms before they approve a whole-building plan, so send the request early.

• What happens if a treatment does not work?

  You call us and we come back. Every treatment carries a written warranty, 5-year for termites and 1-year for the rest, with 3 free follow-up visits a year inside it. The technician checks why the pest returned, which is often a new entry point or a neighbour's untreated flat, and treats again.
